Activity overview
Have a go at aerial silk, hoop and acro! Highly experienced instructors will guide you through a warm up before getting on the aerial equipment and learning your first tricks in the air. Don't worry if you feel nervous, all of their kit is at different heights so you can go as high as you feel comfortable.
All abilities, ages, sizes and disabilities are welcome. It is a great way to bond as a team, improve mental health, build trust and have a lot of fun doing it.
The "Flying High" workshop is tailored towards mental health and wellbeing as well as being a great office social.
After the workshop your team are welcome to have lunch in the gardens, grab a coffee from their onsite shop or stay for a social outside in their beautiful grounds.
Agenda
Introduction and overview of session.
You’ll complete a warm up to make sure your team are ready to go.
You’ll then get onto the equipment and be shown the first movement.
You’ll be shown further movements and be given the chance to practice and execute them.
